Important Surcharges & Considerations
Natural Fiber Surcharge: Couches made of natural fibers (linen, rayon, cotton, viscose, silk, natural-based velvets, and suede) incur a 25% surcharge because they require specialized care. Final pricing may vary depending on furniture age, fabric, and stain severity.

Oversized & Custom Sectionals
For couches that are too large or unique for standard pricing—such as modular pieces, extra-deep seats, excessive loose cushions, or unique configurations—we charge by the linear foot (LF), measured along the longest outside edge.
Cloud Couch Notice: Due to deep cushions and down-fill requiring extra time, Cloud-style couches are priced at the higher end of these ranges.
